Six Months Out and Other Stuff
Well, just over six months post op., and two since my last blog post so let us catch up:
– We opened the trailer, built a huge deck and have a beautiful little oasis (now if it will just stop being shitty every weekend we’ll be set)
– Mama came to visit, we had the best time, shopped lots, fixed some toenails and laughed a lot
– Jimmy has a new job, loves it! Close to home, great hours and he’s happy
– I’m doing well with my food, working every single day (every single day) on balancing my nutrition with still being human
– Staying on top of exercise which makes me feel 100 times better
It’s not all sunshine all the time, it’s hard, I struggle still. I have been on a bit of a down few weeks, not sure why – send sympathy cards to Jimmy. Brandi (professional Tracy whisperer), is really pushing me to think about what I want for me, for my future, making things happen for myself. If you’ve ever been on a similar path, you’ll know how exhausting it is mentally. Seems simple enough right? ………………………..
Father’s Day is coming, which has a way of sneaking up on a person. For now, I’m going to go and dream about having a calming Sunday night bath post water crisis 2024.
