PB and Jam Yogurt

This recipe could easily be modified and eaten as a breakfast. If you’re bariatric, the portions below should suffice for a meal.

Ingredients

100G Plain Greek Yogurt
2 TSP (roughly 6g) PBFit Powdered Peanut Butter
1 TBSP (roughly 10g) Chia Seeds
1oz Vanilla Protein shake (for mixing)
1 TBSP SF Jam
20g of Catalina Crunch Cereal (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add yogurt, PB Fit, Chis Seeds and Vanilla Protein drink to a bowl, mix.

  2. Add Jam to top and spread with a spoon

  3. Add optional Catalina Crunch & Enjoy!

Notes & Substitutions

  • I have tried all powdered PB options, PB Fit is by far the best

  • I use Fairlife protein drink for everything
