I might be in my mid-life crisis sports car era—only it’s a dog stroller, and I have zero regrets. Lots has changed in my life since January 2023, which left me asking the age old question “who am I”? What makes me happy, what fills my cup when life starts to drain it? As a woman, I have sacrificed so much of myself, focusing on my career, my home, trying to keep the peace in every life situation at the expense of my own. Taking a short break from my career has enabled me to rest and focus on my mental and physical well being. What an amazing and life altering reset. There are many more chapters to my story, we’re just getting started!
